Graduating in the top 15% of his class with a double major in History and Economics, Donovan's academic prowess was evident from the start. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Donovan persevered and completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree amidst the uncertainty of the times.
In 2022, Donovan made the pivotal decision to join his family's company, Aikens Army Security Consultants. With a keen eye for opportunity and a passion for the family business, Donovan quickly became instrumental in procuring contracts and overseeing general operations. Today, he leads the recruitment division with a focus on fostering partnerships and subcontracting opportunities, particularly within the government procurement space.
